Our refund policy is as follows and is not negotiable:
No refunds will be given for any reason two weeks prior to the start date of Gaar Mountain Running Camp. At this point our final head count has been given to Camp Varsity for food orders, final rental fee and staffing by Camp Varsity for our week of camp In their facility.
A 50% refund will be issued between 15 and 30 days of the start date of Gaar Mountain Running Camp.
A 75% refund will be issued between 31 and 59 days of the start date of Gaar Mountain Running Camp.
A full refund will be issued 60 days or more before the start date of Gaar Mountain Running Camp.
The Run Sign Up registration fee is non-refundable at any point.
All considerations and decisions for your refund request will be made by the camp owner.
Event Insurance is available through Run Sign Up during the registration process. Event Insurance would ensure you are able to apply for a full refund at any time if you meet the requirements of the insurance company. You can review those details and costs when registering for camp.
