Runs at camp are 100% coach prescribed and fully facilitated by our staff. Coaches manage all mileage and workouts for the week. The main run for the day takes place in the morning in order to take advantage of the cooler weather. Terrain ranges from grass to gravel to hard roads, is often hilly, and is always beautiful. The afternoon offers a second workout opportunity consisting of a shorter run or a number of alternative workout options again facilitated by our staff. Rotating options include water workouts, strength and core sessions, dynamic drills, and yoga.
